Breaking News: JAMB Announces New Date to Release 2023/2024 UTME Results
According to a recent statement released by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the results of candidates who have taken the examination so far will be released on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. The Head of Publicity and Protocol at JAMB, Fabian Benjamin, explained that the release of the results was delayed in order to ensure that all necessary screening processes were completed, and to ensure that the mean and standard deviation were accurately calculated before the results were made public.

In the statement, Benjamin noted that some candidates who encountered challenges during the examination but were not aware of them would not see their results when they checked. Instead, these candidates would receive a notification indicating that they would need to reschedule their examination. Benjamin urged all candidates who sat for the examination to check their results on or before Thursday, May 8, 2023.
Overall, JAMB has taken steps to ensure that the release of the examination results is done in a thorough and accurate manner.
